Diamond Cup

We have tow different sizes.

• Regular:  For women under 30 who have not had a vaginal delivery. Also if you are under 18 but have already had sexual intercourse.

• Abundant: For wome who have had a vaginal delivery or are over 30 years old.

For use: 

• Empty you cup more or less frecuently depending on how abundant your period is. The Diamond cup is compatible with the IUD and the conceptive ring. Cut the steem of the cup if it bothers you. It will continue work perfectly. You can go to the bathroom, bathe, sea, play sports, go on a plane qith it on, etc. Sterilize you menstrual cup with boiling water, never for more than 5 minutes exceding this time could cause damage on the it and store it in its cloth bag after use.

Easy to fit: 

• In the shape of a 'C' : Bend the top ring of the Diamond cup so that it makes a 'C'.
• Flower shape: Poke the upper ring of the menstrual cup with one finger and hold it between the index finger and thumb. Once you have it, separate the lips and direct the Diamond cup towards the base of the spine. It should go close to the opening of the vagina without the applicator protruding from the cup.
• Insert your index finger and thumb into the vagina, grasp the base with the help of the ball, break the vacuum by pressing gently, move it from side to side and slowly remove it. Rinse it with cold water and it is ready to use again. It is not necessary to use soap.

When you have to empty it, simply wash your hands, rinse your menstrual cup with cold water and insert it again. At the end of your cycle or before the next one begins, put it in boiling water for 3 minutes and it will be sterilized and ready to use again in your next cycle.

The Diamond cup organic cup is not suitable for penetrative sexual relations. 
The menstrual cup should not be noticeable, if this is your case, make sure that you have placed it correctly. 

The Diamond eco cup is not associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). However, if you have suffered TSS in the past, consult your doctor before using it. If you experience symptoms related to TSS, remove the menstrual cup and contact your doctor.
