• Lost or Delayed Packages: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Return & Refund Policy
• Eligibility for Returns: Due to the intimate nature of menstrual cups, returns are only accepted on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
